Ms. Ketcham's main responsibilities include technical help in the courses, Animal Physiology, Neurobiology, Biochemistry, Animal Structure and Diversity, and Animal Behavior. For Neurobiology and Animal Physiology she organizes and maintains electrical recording equipment, transducers, and computers, in addition to making solutions and ordering supplies and equipment. For Biochemistry she makes solutions, maintains equipment like spectrophotometers, pH meters, balances, power supplies for electrophoresis, and keeps records of laboratory protocols and experiments.
